On Monday, the teaser for Gurmeet Choudhary and Iqbal Khan’s new streaming series “Commander Karan Saxena” was released.

In the midst of political intrigue and treachery, the show tells the tale of a RAW agent.

In the television series, Gurmeet portrays Commander Karan Saxena, a character developed by writer Amit Khan.

“We aim to deliver a story that is as gripping as it is emotionally charged with Commander Karan Saxena,” stated series director Jatin Wagle. Gurmeet portrays Karan Saxena with a depth and passion that would appeal to viewers as both authentic and heroic.”

As shown in the trailer, Iqbal plays a Pakistani commander in the drama, while Gurmeet plays the title role.

The dialogue delivered by Gurmeet in the trailer is its standout moment: “Mere desh ko haraane chale ho, itne salon mein ek cricket match toh hara nahi paaye (you couldn’t defeat us in a cricket match, and now you’re talking about defeating our country on the battlefield).”

Disney+ Hotstar will begin streaming Commander Karan Saxena on July 8.
