“Space Cadet”: the teaser for Emma Roberts’ comedy on Prime Video drops

The film, which is written and directed by Liz W. Garcia (‘Purple Hearts’), stars Emma Roberts, Tom Hopper, Poppy Liu & Gabrielle Union, Kuhoo Verma, Desi Lydic, Sebastián Yatra, Yasha Jackson, Andrew Call, Troy Iwata, Josephine Huang, Dave Foley, Sam Robards, and Joshua Harto. Though things aren’t going quite as planned, Tiffany “Rex” Simpson (Emma Roberts) has long dreamed of traveling to space. With a strong will to make a change, she sets lofty goals for herself and, with the help of her reassuring best friend Nadine (Poppy Liu), her “doctored” application Rex, who is in over her head, depends on her cunning, moxie, and willpower to succeed in her class. Pam (Gabrielle Union) and Logan (Tom Hopper), the NASA program directors, take note, but will this Florida girl be able to make it through training and into space before she exposes her cover?
