For over two peaceful weeks, the public has been thankfully spared the din of Fed-speak thanks to the Federal Open Market Committee blackout period. Communications from the US Federal Reserve seem to be taking on an insider, esoteric quality more and more; this is indicative of a valid technical argument, but it also has the potential to agitate and perplex the general people.
