Well-known actor detained in a homicide investigation

Darshan, a well-known Kannada actor, has been taken into police custody to be questioned in connection with the murder case.
Bengaluru: Well-known Kannada actor Darshan Thugadeepa has been taken into custody in connection with a homicide. He was detained in Mysore on Tuesday along with eleven other people by Bengaluru police. According to reports in the local media, he was sent to Bangalore for further inquiries.

The police have revealed that on June 8, a man by the name of Renukaswamy was slain. In this case, Darshan has been charged. It is said that as part of the probe, Darshan’s name was made public. It appears that they had a continuous communication with the actor. It was disclosed that he was arrested in order to conduct an inquiry. The preliminary investigation’s findings indicate that the deceased was known to have sent pornographic texts to a movie actress.

The actress has reportedly been arrested as well, according to police sources.

The cops have stepped up protection at Darshan’s RR Nagar home in light of recent events. In the 2002 motion picture Majestic, he made his acting debut. He later attracted the attention of the public by acting in numerous successful films. He has previously made a number of contentious remarks that have made headlines.
