Victor, one of the neighbors, will learn the shocking news regarding his sickness

Next week, as Victor Stone learns more about his sickness, he will be treated to some unexpected news on Neighbours.

The character surprised everyone, including his ex-wife Jane, by coming to Erinsborough last month in an attempt to establish a connection with the kids, Byron and Nicolette.

Victor, however, revealed that he was gravely sick and desired to spend his last days getting back in touch with his loved ones, so it wasn’t quite a pleasant reunion.

Victor was determined to establish a business and make a deal with Leo at the vineyard because he wanted to leave a legacy for his kids before he passed away. However, others were taken aback by his firm position during talks.

Leo will ask Terese about Victor’s offer in Monday’s (July 1) episode; she suggests that, considering the lowball nature of the offer, he accept it as long as he keeps a controlling stake.

Leo returns to Victor with the parameters of the agreement, stating that he would accept a partnership provided Victor consents to a 51/49 split that benefits him personally.

After Victor signs the agreement, Jane says how happy she is to see him making an investment in their kids’ futures.

He lets his feelings run wild and gives Jane an impetuous kiss; horrified by his action, Jane goes to tell Terese what happened.

When Victor goes in for his checkup later, Remi gives him great news: after an immunotherapy study, all of his tumors have vanished.

How will Victor’s connection with his kids develop now that he is in remission? And will it alter his strategy for investing in his business?…
