Mumbai: Actress Kangana Ranaut’s film “Emergency” has an official release date. On September 6, the movie opens in theatres. The actress claimed that Macbeth by Shakespeare served as her inspiration for the movie.
In the movie, Kangana will portray former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Kangana looks great in her Indira makeover. Manikarnika Pictures and Sea Studios collaborated on the film’s production.
The leading parts have been portrayed by Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman, Malayalam actor Visakh Nair, and the late actor Satish Kaushik. The soundtrack was composed by Sanjit Balhara, while the story and dialogue were written by Ritesh Shah.
