The Rebound Movie Story of Ishq Vishk
The concepts of “love is complicated” and “friendship can turn into love” are reinterpreted in Ishq Vishq Rebound. The three best friends Sanya, Raghav, and Sahir are the focus of this movie. But Sanya develops feelings for Sahir, and their friendship develops into a serious partnership.
Raghav is concentrating on himself and writing in the meanwhile. Unfortunately, Raghav is left to pick up the pieces after Sanya and Sahir break up. In the end, he breaks the ultimate bro code by kissing Sanya, his best friend’s girlfriend, and acting as her rebound.
But now Sahir has found a new love in Riya. Will the rebound romances last is the question at hand. Do the two couples really love each other? Or will the couples have a string of breakups before realising it’s best to maintain their friendship?
Review: Ishq Vishk Rebound
While there are four primary characters in Vishk’s Ishq Vishk comeback, Sanya and Raghav’s narratives continue to receive the majority of attention. You may experience severe second lead syndrome after seeing this movie since you will eventually want the relationships to continue and not end! The entire film revolves around love triangles and exchanging boyfriends and girlfriends. Is this how Gen Z truly defines love? This film keeps to some cliche lines that we have heard a hundred times in romantic Bollywood films, ignoring the vocabulary of Generation Z.
Positively, the film highlights the characters’ issues without elevating them, and it is incredibly brief—just 106 minutes. Sanya’s tendency to brush her issues under the rug and flee from them is depicted in a realistic manner, and her character does grow.
The romance between Raghav’s parents seemed far more authentic and natural than the romances between any of the key characters. Ishq Vishk Rebound isn’t a worse or superior iteration of the original Ishq Vishk. It’s a rather light romantic comedy that you should see if you want to learn more about the subtleties of love.
Rebound Star Performance by Ishq Vishk
Taking into account the cast’s performance, Naila Grewal and Rohit Sharaf gave the best performances. With this movie, Naila Grewal has demonstrated that her limited screen time does not diminish the impact she may have on the audience. Out of the four characters in the film, she portrayed Riya, who was the most self-assured and grown-up.
The character with the most screen time, Rohit Sharaf, often known as Raghav, essentially carried the entire movie on his shoulders. The audience could always rely on Rohit Sharaf’s self-assured smile and endearing gestures, even in moments when they were disoriented and perplexed about the relationships. Khan Although Zibraan Khan’s portrayal of Sahir was restricted, he still managed to impress the audience with his abs and gave off a consistent impression of his younger self in K3G.
Finally, Pashmina Roshan, who portrayed the female protagonist Sanya and received the most screen time, acted with a little bit more nuance. This wasn’t a horrible performance for a debut film. Her on-screen presence is excellent, but her dialogue delivery might use some refinement.
