In the most recent season of Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, Neelam Kothari talked about her first marriage for the first time, among other intimate tales. Producer Karan Johar was moved to tears by this poignant scene, as was the audience. Karan revealed his apprehension about challenging inquiries from his children during a Netflix reunion interview. When Neelam discussed Ekta Kapoor’s divorce from billionaire Rishi Sethia in the most recent season, he remembered getting upset.
“I was pretty much a large part of that phase of your (Neelam) life,” Karan remarked. I can still clearly recall those days, so that truly touched me. I started crying because I was emotionally connected with it. Another thing you mentioned that really resonated with me was your daughter. I’m constantly afraid that I’ll have to answer those inquiries regarding my predicament and my modern family scenario from my own kids as well.
“They will learn things, and I will have to answer for them.” As a single parent, I am aware that I have a lot of things to answer to my kids. I appreciate you sharing that, Neelam; it was very lovely,” Karan continued.
Neelam Kothari said in the episode how her daughter Ahana and her friends were unusually silent when she got home from work. “I came from work, and Ahana was with her friends,” Neelam recounted. Typically, they are always yelling, shouting, and bouncing around. This time, however, there was a dead silence. “Mumma, you never told me you were divorced,” Ahana said to me. I passed away just now. I couldn’t think of anything. I was speechless. “First of all, how do you know?” I asked Ahana. “My friends and I were searching for you on Google because you’re a celebrity,” she added. Your divorce was the first thing that was mentioned. You were wed.
