Extension of judicial custody of all the accused including Darshan, Pavitra Gowda till June 18
It is inevitable that Darshan, Pavitra Gowda and their accomplices, who are accused of murdering Renuka Swami, will be in jail for more days. All the accused will remain in jail till July 18. Today (June 4) the court ordered to extend the period of judicial custody. The case is under investigation.
Actor Darshan and actress Pavitra Gowda, who have been caught by the police as accused in Renuka Swamy’s murder case, have become more difficult. The accused were produced before the judge through video conference today (July 4) after the period of judicial custody ended. The inquiry was conducted in the background of SPP’s remand application to extend the period of judicial custody of all the accused. A remand application has been submitted to the Economic Offenses Court. The court ordered the judicial custody of the accused to be extended till July 18.
Pavitra Gowda, Darshan and their accomplices have been jailed for murder. The accused who are in Parappana Agrahara and Tumkur jails were produced through video conference. As the judge called everyone’s name, he raised his hand and guaranteed attendance. It is the wish of Darshan’s fans and friends to get out of jail. But this is a serious case so getting bail is difficult for now.
