Story:
Krish (Dev) is a budding filmmaker who is married to his cousin Radha (Priya Chauhan). While chasing his dreams, Krish meets a girl named Mahi (Sarita) and gets involved in an affair. This betrayal hurts Radha deeply and puts a strain on their marriage. Krish wants to end everything with Mahi to make Radha happy, but Mahi doesn’t want to give up easily. The second part of the story shows why Mahi enters Krish’s life and there is more to the story than meets the eye.
Performance:
Dev plays Krrish with ease, the light tone of the film allows him to be natural in his performance. Priya and Sarita do a good job as Krish’s girlfriends. Their chemistry and the struggles they face are shown in a comical way that actresses do well.
Bani, Shanu, and Lucky are short characters.
Analysis:
Director Murali Ramaswamy will come up with a story about issues like sexism, infidelity and problems in relationships that are seen today. Instead of avoiding these issues, the film tries to explore them gently.
The title Deenamma Jeevitham is often used by disaffected youth, who like the film’s focus on human struggles. Most of the stories show things from Krish’s point of view.
The flashback scenes in the second half are great. The movie is fun to watch, but it also has a great message about the consequences of looking for short-term happiness outside of marriage. Some scenes are bold like in the movie “Animal”. Music by RS and lyrics by Suresh Gangula suit the mood of the film. Jani Basha’s editing and Setesh Kar’s cinematography help tell the story accurately.
