Mumbai Police traffic advise on Anant-Radhika wedding; get updates before leaving house.
Mumbai Police have issued a traffic advice from July 12 to July 15 in anticipation of Anant Ambani’s spectacular wedding at the Jio World Convention Centre. The Mumbai Police issued an advise stating that because the wedding ceremony will be attended by many Bollywood superstars and other high-profile guests, traffic will be diverted near the Jio World Convention Centre, located in the Bandra Kurla Complex. The wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant is slated for July 12 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). The Mumbai Police issued a notice in the post, stating that due to a public event at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex on July 5, traffic adjustments will be implemented from July 12 to 15.
What does the Mumbai police notice say?
According to the warning, traffic will be diverted between 13:00 hours on July 12 and 00:00 hours on July 15. There will be no vehicles on the route between Lakshmi Tower Junction to Dhirubhai Ambani Square Avenue Lane 3, Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Diamond Junction, Hotel Trident, and Kurla MTNL. Vehicles for events are exempt from the diversion.
Vehicles arriving from One BKC must turn left at Laxmi Tower Junction-Diamond Gate No. 8, then right at NABARD Junction, then right again at Diamond Junction, and finally left at Dhirubai Ambani Square/Indian Oil Petrol Pump.
Vehicles from Kurla will not be permitted to access Dhirubhai Ambani Square Avenue/Indian Oil Petrol Pump. Aside from Kurla, no vehicles will be able to pass through MTNL Junction, Platina Junction, Diamond Junction, or BKC towards the BKC Connector Bridge.
Vehicle movement is forbidden from Bharat Nagar, One BKC, We Work, Godrej, and BKC to Gate No. 23 of Jio World Convention Centre towards the US Embassy, MTNL Junction.
