In the Hathras stampede case, the first case against Bhole Baba, also known as Suraj Pal Singh, has been filed in the first court. Bhole Baba had already expressed his sadness over the Hathras stampede catastrophe in a message on Saturday. He also urged the relatives of the victims to trust the legal system. The primary suspect in the 121-person Hathras stampede, Dev Prakash Madhukar, was taken into custody on Friday evening.

What has taken place thus far?
Suraj Pal Singh is the subject of the first case in the Hathras stampede case. The Chief Judicial Magistrate’s court in Patna received the case that was brought against him. Earlier on Saturday, Bhole Baba expressed his sadness over the stampede event that occurred on July 2. He declared his confidence in the leadership and government. I have no doubt that those who stir up trouble will not go unpunished.
Through his attorney, AP Singh, Bhole Baba stated that he has asked the committee’s members to stand by the relatives of the deceased and the injured and offer them everlasting assistance.
Main accused Madhukar’s arrest
The Uttar Pradesh police detained Dev Prakash Madhukar, the primary suspect in the Hathras stampede, on Friday night. The offender identified in the FIR is Madhukar, who serves as the “main servant.” A reward of Rs 1 lakh had been offered by the Uttar Pradesh Police for information leading to Madhukar’s apprehension.
On Saturday, a Judicial Commission team visited the Hathras police line to receive a briefing regarding the inquiry findings of the Hathras incident. Hathras police sources claim that on the basis of technical monitoring, they detained Dev Prakash Madhukar on Friday from the vicinity of Najafgarh. He was later taken to Hathras. Additionally, according to police sources, Madhukar refused to give up.
SIT initial report
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was notified in Lucknow of the preliminary report on the stampede by the SIT. ADG Agra Zone gave the presentation of this report. He was among the high-ranking authorities who went to Hathras to supervise the relief and rescue efforts following the stampede. Statements from Superintendent of Police Nipun Aggarwal, senior health department officials, and Hathras District Magistrate Ashish Kumar are included in the secret report. They all mentioned the situation of emergency brought about by the stampede.

Speaking of politics, Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi met Friday in the Lok Sabha with the families of those killed in the tragedy. Rahul Gandhi stayed in Aligarh and met the victims’ families from the district prior to meeting the family members in Hathras. Following his visit with the families, he implored Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to promptly furnish the victims with the highest possible compensation. In order to prevent similar occurrences in the future, he further said that he will bring up the matter in Parliament.
