Baby John: Will this Khan have a cameo in Varun Dhawan’s ‘Baby John’? Update created a stir

Varun Dhawan and Atlee’s film ‘Baby John’ is one of the most awaited releases of this year. The film was earlier scheduled for theatrical release in May this year, however, the release was postponed to December 25, 2024. The latest update on Kalees’ directorial is that Salman Khan has reportedly come on board for a cameo in ‘Baby John’.

According to media reports, the details of Salman Khan’s cameo appearance in ‘Baby John’ have been kept secret. However, it is expected that a mass action sequence will be specially written and designed for the superstar. Varun will be a part of this action sequence along with Salman.

For the uninitiated, the principal photography of ‘Baby John’ has been completed. But a song and an action sequence of Salman with Varun are yet to be shot. Last week, Dhawan had made an official announcement about the film’s new release date. Sharing a new poster of his film, Varun wrote on his Instagram handle, ‘Christmas just got even more special this year.

The actor had earlier mentioned that ‘Baby John’ is one of the toughest shoots he has ever done. He posted his picture from the sets of Atlee’s film and wrote, ‘Baby John – Day 70 Filming continuously till the sun came out and then our unit kept going. One of the toughest shoots.’

On the work front, Salman Khan has no full theatrical release this year. His upcoming film is ‘Sikander’, directed by AR Murugadoss. The film is scheduled to release on the big screen on Eid 2025. Actress Rashmika Mandanna will be seen alongside Salman Khan in the film.
