Naslen had consented to make a cameo appearance when he was first cast in the starring role: Jis Happy

In the movie, Jaffer Idukki made a brief cameo appearance. The part of Allappan was played by the celebrity. However, Jis Joy claims that Naslen was his initial choice for the part. Additionally, the filmmaker claims that he had no idea that he was playing in Premalu. In an interview with CinemaPranthan, Jis Joy was speaking.

The figure was quite youthful. This was not the plot of his either. Originally, Naslen was assigned to this part. I was unaware of Premalu’s photo session at the time. Had we known the movie was going to be out, we never would have given him a call. since he is the film’s protagonist. Nazlen was asked whether he might make a brief appearance.
